Henry Hollatz, Founder & President
Henry Hollatz is the Founder and President of Zuriel Consulting, LLC. He served in a variety of impactful senior leadership roles throughout his 38-year intelligence and national security career, receiving a National Intelligence Superior Service Medal from the Director of National Intelligence, a Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal from the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, and numerous other awards and commendations.
As Director of CIA’s Open Source Enterprise, Henry led a diverse workforce of several hundred officers spanning dozens of countries and multiple continents, while spearheading the most dramatic transformation of US open source intelligence (OSINT) collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, and utilization capabilities in nearly eight decades. He also chaired multiple national and international bodies responsible for providing high-level governance to open source efforts across the US Intelligence Community (IC) and dozens of partner nations.
While serving as the Director of the National Counterproliferation Center, he guided US efforts to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), their delivery systems, related technologies, and expertise. Dual-hatted as the National Intelligence Manager for Counterproliferation, the DNI's principal advisor on WMD issues, Henry conceptualized and implemented strategies to focus US counterproliferation efforts; sponsored campaigns to accelerate progress against the most intractable challenges; and kick-started innovative new initiatives.
As the Director for Intelligence of the National Counterterrorism Center, Henry led US Government analysis of terrorist threats (both foreign and domestic), managed a diverse workforce from dozens of US departments and agencies, and participated in wide array of senior policy meetings, Congressional engagements, conferences, liaison exchanges, and meetings with foreign dignitaries.
Henry graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
